Flow of shopping

  1. Visit the website,
  2. Add products to the cart (please choose your size and other options),
  3. Please read the sales & return policy before purchase,
  4. Check out and fill in your personal information and address. Here you can register as a member**,
  5. Choose payment ways,
  6. Proceed payment. (You will receive an email confirmation. Once you received, no cancel or change is accepted),
  7. When we receive your order, we will arrange delivery in 1 to 2 working days (except pre-order items),
  8. Once delivery arranged, you will receive an email notifying you the way of delivery. If you choose local mail, you will receive postage information. If you choose SF Express courier or pick up service, you will receive tracking number that you can trace the logistic information on SF Express website,
  9. Products successfully arrived.

**Each member can only register once. Momsgarden may send out e-coupon to members though e-newsletter. It is suggested that you tick the newsletter subscription box during checkout or member registration. You could register your free membership at the right top corner of our website too. Please make sure your email setting for not filing Momsgarden’s email to junk box otherwise you will miss some important offer or information from us.

Cancel or change order details
  • Before any payment, you could cancel or change your order free of charge by whatsapp 6205-3083 before the next day. We will try to response you instantly but occasionally we might not be able to help you at time. Please let us know your log in name and order reference so that we could follow up at once.
  • We regret that paid order or products already picked up by carrier cannot be canceled in any ways.
Delivery Cost:
  • Generally product price includes local postage by Hong Kong Post. No registration mail.
  • If you would like to use SF Express service, please choose “SF Express Service” and write down the SF branch / EF Locker code or the delivery address in the address field during checkout. This will have an extra cost of HK$22 or above if your order is under $200. Please check the SF Express centre information by clicking the following link:

  • For order $250 or above, you are entitled to enjoy free SF Express service. Fragile products remarked with “face trade” you could trade the goods at the MTR station of Central & Western District or Lai Chi Kok. This service is available by appointment.
  • For areas of outside Hong Kong, please inquire with us about delivery charge and arrangement (Email: momsgardenhk@gmail.com).
Delivery Policy
  • Momsgarden arranges delivery every day of the week, except Saturday, Sundays and Public Holiday.  Order cut-off is 1 pm for afternoon or next business day delivery.  Delivery will be arranged asap if no pre-order and after full payment has been received.  Please place your order by 1 pm Fridays if you wish to have delivery arrangement on Saturdays.
  • There will be no deliveries on public holidays or during “Acts of Nature” (including Black Rain warning or when a Typhoon Signal 8 has been raised or notice has been given that it will be raised during the day)
Order Acceptance
  • Prices and availability of products and services on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Momsgarden reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
  • The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
  • Momsgarden reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.
Sales & Privacy Policy
  • When you make online order from us, you are preferred to create a member account and a password.  This password should be kept confidential as you will be responsible for all orders that are submitted under your password. You agree to notify Momsgarden immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Momsgarden will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.  However, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by Momsgarden or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
  • If you suspect that your password is no longer safe, please change your password immediately following the steps as prompted by our system.
  • The personal details that you provide are governed by a strict privacy policy. While we will take every precaution to avoid any security breach of Site and our information management system, we cannot guarantee absolute security.  You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any security breach of our Site and information management system.
Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in Hong Kong dollars.

Returns & Refund Policy
  • If the products you received are not suit for your size, you could exchange for new ones or other products with equivalent value provided that they are unused and in their original packaging (with flawless product tag) and in new and saleable condition, within 3 days of purchase. You could exchange at the default MTR stations agreed by both parties or pay for the two ways postage fee.
  • In order to ensure sanitary, any goods of bottom inner wear are not applicable to exchange or return policy.
  • Momsgarden checks and takes photo for the products to be sent before delivery arrangement. If you receive damage products, please take a photo and inform us within 3 working days by email for remedies. We do not accept return request for damage product after 3 working days of purchase. If you face trade with us, please make sure that the products are in good condition before you leave. We do not accept exchange request after you leave.
  • Momsgarden does not issue any cash refunds for any products sold and delivered.
  • Momsgarden reserves the right to final decision in case of any disputes.
